Our experience working with Jeff was nothing short of amazing! He's super responsive (text, phone calls, emails) and walked me through the process of buying my first home with a lot of patience. I asked a LOT of questions and he not only answered them but took the time to make sure I understood why things were the way they were. His customer service and attention to detail are impeccable. He not only came to our closing (a full hour away from his office) but also continues to check in periodically to make sure we are enjoying our new home. I feel like we really lucked out with our first home buying experience because we don't have to look for another loan officer next time we buy.
